One of my big hopes and dreams is to grow a field of lavender on a patch of land. Lavender has always been one of my favorite types of flowers, because it is calming, has a soothing effect, and is a beautiful shade of purple. If I am able to plant a patch of lavender, I think it would be wonderfully complemented by a hive of bees. Can you imagine the taste of honey created with pollen from lavender?
